“I have interviewed some public health folks from Wisconsin, but I would like to expand recruitment to Minnesota because Minnesota is one of the states that showed dramatically increasing use patterns of e-cigarettes among young adults in rural areas (from our preliminary study). My name is Joshua Gwon, and I am at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. My research team is now studying public health advocates’ perspectives on e-cigarette use control for young adults in rural areas. We are recruiting self-identified public health advocates, such as public health officers, primary care providers (e.g., physicians, public health nurses), health educators who has practiced/worked in one of rural counties of Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, or North Dakota in the past year for a confidential 1:1 interview via Zoom. Amazon e-gift cards ($50) will be provided at the end of the interview. Each 1:1 interview will take about 30-60 minutes. Participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you are interested in, please click the link below. In the survey, we will ask for some information about you to verify the eligibility and your preferred date and time for an interview. If you have any questions, please email at gwon@uwm.edu. Thank you so much for your consideration. Link: https://milwaukee.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bqM2F7H1Rwqq2j4 |
